APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />City Administrator Ulrich requested that Item11B2 be removed for the agenda and added to the <br />February 23, 2004 Agenda. <br />A. Monday, February 9, 2004 City Council Agenda. <br />MOTIONlSECOND: Stigney/Gunn. To Approve the Monday, February 9, 2004 Agenda as <br />Amended. <br />Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />William Werner of 2765 Sherwood Road expressed concern with how the City handles surplus <br />property. He then said that he was interested in the camcorder that was replaced recently because <br />it did not have a cable but he has been told the cable was found and the camera is adequate for <br />the police department to use. <br />Mr. Werner asked if there is a list of surplus property for residents to review and what the policy <br />is for surplus property. <br />Mr. Werner asked whether the furniture recently purchased was necessary. <br />Mayor Linke indicated the furniture was a budgeted item that was needed and the furniture that <br />was there will be utilized by other Staff. <br />• 45 <br />
