ROLL CALL: Clark, Gunn, Lindstrom, Meehlhause and Smith <br /> <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. <br /> <br />5. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Resolution 10191, Designating Acting Mayor, Treasurer, Official Newspaper <br />and Depositories for 2026. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council designate an acting mayor, treasurer, official <br />newspaper and depositories for 2026. He reported he was not recommending any changes to the <br />City’s official newspaper or depositories. <br /> <br />Mayor Lindstrom questioned who should be designated as Acting Mayor. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause recommended Council Member Gunn serve as Acting Mayor for <br />2026. <br /> <br />Mayor Lindstrom reported the City’s official newspaper would remain the Pioneer Press and the <br />secondary newspaper would be the Shoreview Press. He noted City Administrator Zikmund and <br />Finance Director Bauman would be designated as the City Treasurer and Liliya Loginova as the <br />City’s Deputy Treasurer. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10191, <br />Designating Acting Mayor, Treasurer, Official Newspaper and Depositories for 2026. <br />
