RESOLUTION NO. 10209 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING <br />LIQUOR LICENSE AND A CLASS A RESTAURANT LICENSE FOR <br />EL NOVILLO ALEGRE LLC, 2535 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Rosa Corona of El Novillo Alegre LLC., is requesting approval of an <br />on -sale intoxicating liquor license including Sunday Sales and authorization for outdoor <br />liquor consumption; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 110, "Alcoholic Beverages" of the Mounds View City Code, <br />which includes Intoxicating Liquor, requires that a public hearing be held when <br />considering all new liquor license applications; and <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing regarding this application was held on February 9, <br />2026; and <br />WHEREAS, El Novillo Alegre LLC. is also requesting approval of a Class A <br />restaurant license as required by Chapter 111 of the Mounds View City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, El Novillo Alegre LLC. has submitted all required application <br />materials, fees and supporting documents; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed all submittals and has performed all required <br />inquiries and investigations; and <br />WHEREAS, this request appears to comply with all applicable Chapters of the <br />Mounds View City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 2535 Mounds View Boulevard in the <br />Mounds View Square Shopping Center. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves an on -sale intoxicating liquor license, with Sunday sales and outdoor <br />consumption, and a Class A restaurant license for Rosa Corona, El Novillo Alegre LLC, <br />dba El Novillo Alegre, for the property located at 2535 Mounds View Boulevard. <br />
