CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Minutes: April 27, 2026. <br />B. Just and Correct Claims. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Clark/Smith. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. LB Carlson 2025 Audit Presentation – Aaron Nielsen, Principal. <br /> <br />Aaron Nielsen, Principal with LB Carlson, presented the 2025 audit to the City Council. He <br />provided further comment on the financial statement, special purpose report and management <br />report. He explained the City was meeting its fund balance policy even with the rise in costs over <br />the past year. He commented further on the summary changes in net position within the enterprise <br />funds and commended the City for receiving a clean or unmodified opinion for the 2025 audit. <br />
