COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />City Manager Morrison announced that Mayor Faust will be speaking on behalf of the Kiwanis <br />tomorrow afternoon at Culvers. The State of the Metro Region is scheduled for Monday, <br />February 1, 2010 at Silverwood Park. He and Mayor Faust will be attending. Council members <br />should inform him if they plan to attend to ensure that the meeting is posted. <br />X.
