Resolution 10-025; Ordering Improvements for the 2010 Street Improvement Project. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to adopt Resolution 10- <br />025; Ordering Improvements for the 2010 Street Improvement Project. <br />Councilmember Gray stated the City is getting this work done cheaper than it would be under <br />normal circumstances due to the current market. More importantly, it can be seen in the news <br />what is happening with cities that are not keeping up their infrastructure. He stated the upkeep <br />on infrastructure is a big plus for living in St. Anthony, and that the negative aspects of not <br />spending the money at this time and putting off upkeep and reconstruction would be detrimental. <br />Councilmember Stille concurred. He commented a constituent he talked with when running for <br />re-election informed him that he moved to St. Anthony because he knew from his research that <br />take care of the City. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />B. Resolution 10-026: Adopt and Confirm Assessments for the 2010 Street Improvement <br />Proiect. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to adopt Resolution 10- <br />026; Adopt and Confirm Assessments for the 2010 Street Improvement Project. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />C. Resolution 10-027; Giving Preliminary Approval for the Issuance of the City's General <br />Obligation Street Reconstruction Plan Bonds in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,4000,000 <br />and Adoptingthe e City of St. Anthony, Minnesota Street Reconstruction Plan of 2010 <br />through 2014 Therefor. <br />Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to adopt Resolution 10- <br />027; Giving Preliminary Approval for the Issuance of the City's General Obligation Street <br />Reconstruction Plan Bonds in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,4000,000 and Adopting the City of <br />St. Anthony, Minnesota Street Reconstruction Plan of 2010 through 2014 Therefor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />D. Resolution 10-028; Resolution Providing for the Sale of $1,375,000 GO Street <br />Reconstruction Bonds, Series 2010A. <br />Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to adopt Resolution 10- <br />028; Resolution Providing for the Sale of $1,375,000 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds, Series <br />2010A. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
