City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />May 11, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Police Chief Ohl introduced the item and thanked Crime Prevention Specialist John Mangseth, <br />Officer Tressa Sonde, Captain Dominic Cotroneo and Reserve Officer Carolyn Quick for their <br />work with the Citizen's Academy Program. <br />Officer Sunde provided an overview of the course outline for Citizen's Academy. <br />8 <br />Citizen's Academy graduates Nsona Nyembwe and Roy Quady shared comments on Citizen's <br />9 <br />Academy and thanked the City for funding and providing the class. <br />10 <br />11 <br />Police Chief Ohl announced the Spring 2010 Citizen's Academy Graduating Class: Lawrence <br />12 <br />Antczak, Gayle Anttila, Jack Brinatte, James Clemens, Kathie Clemens, Sean Jaeger, Mark <br />13 <br />Ludwig, Nsona Nyembwe, Keith Pearson, Roy Quady, and Dale Washington. <br />14 <br />15 <br />Mayor Faust commented on the difficult job of police officers. He recognized Wahnart for <br />16 <br />providing funding for Citizen's Academy and thanked the residents for attending Citizen's <br />17 <br />Academy. <br />18 <br />19 <br />III. <br />CONSENT AGENDA. <br />20 <br />21 <br />A.
