He expressed his thanks to Police Chief
Ohl and Fire Chief Malenick for inviting him.
Mayor Faust reminded residents that they should receive the new edition of Village Notes in their
mail this week. He stated that he recently read an article in the Star Tribune regarding real estate
and a recent Gallup Poll regarding key attributes that make people happy in their community.
He stated that the top three were physical beauty and great open space and parks, ease with
which people can meet others, and the level of diversity, open-mindedness and acceptance in the
community. He indicated that St. Anthony is just big enough but not too small and the
relationship between the schools and the City appears seamless.
VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM.
Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that
are not on the regular agenda.
Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda.
IX.
