There <br />were no individuals present to address the City Council. <br />Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution 10- <br />067; Authorizing the Transfer of the Intoxication Liquor License for Apple Minnesota LLC, dba <br />Applebee's Restaurant at 2800 — 39th Avenue NE. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Faust closed the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />None. <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />A. Silverwood Park Update. Rosemary Franzese, Three Rivers Park Commissioner District <br />5 and other Silverwood Staff. <br />Three Rivers Park Commissioner Rosemary Franzese discussed the history of the Three Rivers <br />Park District purchasing Silverwood Camp from the Salvation Army for Silverwood Park. She <br />thanked the City for its support with Silverwood Park and the entire community for the <br />outstanding support and enthusiasm for the park. She stated the park has become a vital part of <br />the community and an enhancement to their quality of life. <br />Silverwood Park Supervisor Tom Moffatt provided an update on Silverwood Park.
