He noted that the sixth salt and sanding <br />4 <br />workshop is scheduled for December 9, 2010 at St. Anthony City Hall and will be free of <br />5 <br />charge. <br />6 <br />. October 29, 2010 City Manager Momson and he met with the Hennepin County Assessor <br />7 <br />and County appraisers. The Assessor informed them that sales are flat, but of all the sales <br />8 <br />65% are arms length transactions, which is one of the highest, if not the highest, in <br />9 <br />Hennepin County. The Assessor also informed them that St. Anthony is the strongest <br />10 <br />city in Hennepin County as far as maintaining values. Residents choose to live in St. <br />11 <br />Anthony due to the schools, police department and fire department. <br />12 <br />13 VIII. Ms. Fitzgerald is ill. She has been an ardent supporter of the community. <br />The Chamber of Commerce will be organizing Adopt a Family to help make the holiday <br />season a little better for individuals in need of assistance that reside in the City of St. <br />Anthony.
