He added that staff recommends waiving the first <br />and second readings and adopting the ordinance amendment for the upcoming absentee voting <br />season. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Ordinance <br />2012-05; An Ordinance Amending St. Anthony City Code Section 30.17; Absentee Ballot <br />Board , and to waive the first and second readings. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />13 Vr.
