ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XV LAND USAGE, CHAPTER 155 SIGN <br />CODE, SECTION 155.22 OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF ST. <br />ANTHONY VILLAGE PERTAINING TO PROHIBITED SIGNS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE ORDAINS <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section One. Ordinance Amendment. Title XV, Chapter 155, Section 155.22 of <br />the City Code of the City of St. Anthony Village pertaining to prohibited signs is hereby <br />amended as follows. The underlined text shows the additions and the s`rikethreugh text <br />shows the deletions. <br />§155.22 PROHIBITED SIGNS <br />(20) Electronic message signs. Electronic message or changeable copy signs except public <br />service signs in the Recreational Open Space District and the RI District located on <br />property that is owned by the city or independefA Seheel Distriet Ne. 282 associated with <br />a school serving grades Pre -K through Grade 12; <br />Section Two. Findings. In amending the Title XV, Chapter 155, Section 155.22 <br />of the City of St. Anthony Village City Code pertaining to prohibited signs, the City <br />Council has found that the amendment is required for the public good, is in the interest of <br />public health, safety, and, welfare, and is compatible with the City's Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />Section Three. Effective Date.
