ANTHONY <br />2 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />3 <br />4 MAY 19, 2014 <br />5 7:00 p.m. <br />6 <br />7 CALL TO ORDER. <br />8 <br />9 Chairperson Crone called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />10 <br />11 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />12 <br />13 Chairperson Crone invited the Commission and the audience to join her in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />14 <br />15 ROLL CALL. <br />16 <br />17 Commissioners Present: Chairperson Crone; Commissioners Bartel, Grahek, Heinis, Niccum, <br />18 Papatola, and Poucher. <br />19 Absent: None. <br />20 Also Present: City Planner Kelsey Johnson. <br />21 <br />22 I. APPROVAL OF THE MAY 19, 2014, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />23 AGENDA. <br />24 <br />25 Motion by Commissioner Poucher, second by Commissioner Heinis, to approve the May 19, <br />26 2014, Planning Commission agenda as presented. <br />27 <br />28 Motion carried 7-0. <br />29 <br />30 1I. APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 28, 2014, REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION <br />31 MEETING MINUTES. <br />32 <br />33 Motion by Commissioner Bartel second by Commissioner Niccum, to approve the April 28, <br />34 2014, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. <br />35 <br />36 Motion carried 7-0. <br />37 <br />38 I1I. PUBLIC HEARING. <br />39 <br />40 A. REQUEST — Request from Silver Lake 1996 LLC on behalf of Inland Silver Lake <br />41 Village, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />42 allow a drive-through window on the south side of the existing Cub Foods Store to <br />43 serve the in-house pharmacy on the property located at 3930 Silver Lake Road. <br />44 <br />45 City Planner Johnson presented the request for a CUP for a drive-through window associated <br />46 with the in-house pharmacy at Cub Foods and presented a diagram of the existing conditions <br />47 on the site and stated there is currently parking on the south side of the building where the <br />48 proposed drive-through will be located. She also presented an elevation drawing of the <br />49 proposed drive-through window and stated that the canopy is 10' above the drive-through to <br />
