Ordinance 1988-010. <br />3 ORDINANCE 1988-010 <br />4 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO MAYOR AND COUNCILMEMBER <br />5 SALARIES, AMENDING SECTION 125:00 OF THE 1973 <br />6 CODE OF ORDINANCES BY ADDING A SECTION <br />7 Motion carried unanimously. <br />8 Judges List Approved for the November 8th General Election <br />9 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve the above as listed in <br />10 the City Clerk's October 4th memorandum. <br />11 Motion carried unanimously. <br />12 Bids Accepted to Install a New Heating/Ventilation/Air Conaitioning <br />13 System in the City Fire Station <br />14 In his October 7th memorandum, Mr. Childs had discussed the installation <br />15 of the above as part of the updating process for that building which <br />16 would be paid from the General Reserve Fund budget. Three companies had <br />17 bid on the project and copies of their bids were attached to the City <br />18 Manager's memorandum. The Council accepted staff's recommendation that <br />19 the lowest bidders be accepted for the project. <br />.0 Council Action <br />21 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to accept the following quotes for <br />22 a new heating/ventilation/air conditioning system for the City fire <br />23 station: <br />24 $7,200 from Arco for HVAC equipment; <br />25 $13,200 from Advanced Mechanical Contractors for <br />26 demolition/installation. <br />27 The Council further authorizes that not more than $2,500 be paid out for <br />28 the electrical work. <br />29 Motion carried unanimously. <br />30 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />31 Motion by Makowske, seconded by Enrooth to approve the third reading and <br />32 adopt Ordinance 1988-009. <br />33 <br />ORDINANCE 1988-009 <br />34 AN ORDINANCE REGARDING DEFERRED COMPENSATION AND <br />-15 PAID HOLIDAYS FOR EMPLOYEES; AMENDING SECTION 135:15; <br />SUBD. 5 AND SECTION 135.39 - PERSONNEL <br />s7 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />
