WHEREAS, the City Council received the Revised Proposal at the August 12, 2014 <br />City Council meeting and directed City staff to schedule a public hearing <br />in accordance with the Organized Collection Statute; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff and the Haulers revised the Draft Agreement to align with the <br />Revised Proposal and have otherwise finalized the Draft Agreement and <br />prepared it for the Mayors and City Manager's execution ("Agreement"); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing at its September 9, 2014 City Council <br />meeting, in which the City Council gathered public input and <br />subsequently voted to implement organized collection as detailed in the <br />Proposal, Revised Proposal, and Agreement, and as outlined in the <br />Organized Collection Statute. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony Village City Council <br />approves the Agreement for Residential Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services in Saint <br />Anthony Village between the City and the Haulers and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager <br />to execute said Agreement. <br />Adopted this 9th day of September, 2014. <br />Jerome O.
