City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />September 23, 2014 <br />Page 4 <br />1 City Manager Casey reported there has been some confusion about this year's street <br />2 reconstruction project as it relates to trees and tree replacement. He stated there were 23 ash <br />3 trees removed during this year's project and the City is replacing all trees and the trees will be <br />4 planted 8' behind the curb in the City's right of way and will be treated as boulevard trees with <br />5 the City responsible for the trees. He added that there were other trees in the right of way that <br />6 needed to be removed and for each tree removed, the City will plant a tree in its place. <br />7 <br />8 Councilmember Gray — no report. <br />9 <br />10 Councilmember Jenson reported on his attendance at the September 1 I 1 Community Services <br />11 Advisory Committee meeting and the Touch a Truck event on September 13`h. <br />12 <br />13 Councilmember Roth reported on his attendance at the Touch a Truck event on September 13`h. <br />14 <br />15 Mayor Faust reported on his attendance at the Touch a Truck event on September 13`h. He also <br />16 reported that he recently attended the 90`h birthday party for Mr. George Wagner and stated he <br />17 was grateful for everything that Mr. Wagner has done for St. Anthony Village. <br />18 <br />19 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />20 <br />21 Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />22 are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />23 <br />24 IX.
