Resolution 14-073 • a resolution approving Ratifying the 2015-2016 Agzeement between <br />the Law Enforcement Labor Services. Inc #186 Local Representing the St. Anthony <br />Police Department Licensed Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />City Manager Mark Casey reviewed this is a two year contract with the St. Anthony Police <br />Department's licensed employees. There will be a 2.25% increase in 2015, and a 2.5% increase <br />in 2016. The contract includes a fourth step for employees after 20 years of service and a $15.00 <br />increase in uniform allowance. Health insurance premium increases will be split equally between <br />City and the employees. Employees will begin contributing to a Health Retirement Saving's Plan <br />that has no City contribution. <br />Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />14-073; a Resolution ratifying the 2015-2016 Agreement Between the Law Enforcement Labor <br />Services, Inc. #186 Local Representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees <br />and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Casey reported on the following: <br />• Future Council Agenda Items. <br />The Sustainability will be at Silverwood 5:30-8:00pm November 20, 2014. <br />Councilmember Stille - no report. <br />Councilmember Gray - no report. <br />Councilmember Jenson reported he attended the work session and also participated in the <br />Community Service Advisory Commission. <br />Mayor Faust reported on his attendance at the following events: <br />• November 4, 2014 met with Hennepin County Assessor along with City Manager Mark <br />Casey. <br />November 7, 2014 attended with the LOMC. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />
