City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 25, 2014 <br />Page 6 <br />City Manager Mark Casey reviewed the resolution with the Council and indicated that there were <br />two areas proposed for amendment from the previous fee schedule including a $30 zoning permit <br />fee and a $100 penalty fee for unreturned rental forms. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to adopt Resolution 14- <br />079; a resolution approving the 2015 fees set by resolution. <br />9 Motion carried unanimously. <br />10 <br />I 1 G. Ordinance 2014-06, an ordinance Amending Sections &33.015 Sewer Charges to Owners, <br />12 &33.036 Water Charges to Owner; and §33.090 Charges for storm water facilities for the <br />13 City of St. Anthony Village effective January 1, 2015. <br />14 <br />15 City Manager Mark Casey reviewed the ordinance with the Council and indicated that this is the <br />16 second reading of this ordinance, which would increase fees for those regulated by ordinance. <br />17 He advised that the third and final reading would occur on December 91h. <br />18 <br />19 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Second <br />20 Reading of Ordinance 2014-06; ; an ordinance Amending Sections §33.015 Sewer Charges to <br />21 Owners; §33.036 Water Charges to Owner; and §33.090 Charges for storm water facilities for <br />22 the City of St. Anthony Village effective January 1, 2015, <br />23 <br />24 Motion carried unanimously. <br />25 <br />26 VIL REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />27 <br />28 City Manager Casey reported on the following: <br />29 • 1" Annual Tech Dump which occurred on November I" <br />30 • 3`d Annual Sustainability Fair which was held the previous week at Silverwood <br />31 <br />32 Councilmember Jenson reported on November 13`h he attended the League of Minnesota Cities <br />33 Regional meeting. <br />34 <br />35 Councilmember Roth reported that he recently attended the Sister City meeting. <br />36 <br />37 Councilmember Stille reported that he recently attended the Urban Land Institute Economic <br />38 Outlook meeting and the Sustainability Fair. <br />39 <br />40 Councilmember Gray — no report. <br />41 <br />42 Mayor Faust reported on his attendance at the following events: <br />43 • Mississippi Water Management Organization <br />44 • League of Minnesota Cities Regional Meeting <br />45 .
