Ken Hiebel wanted to see a checklist created to assist staff and the <br />Board in reviewing applications. Mr. Fornell said that this is what <br />Larry Vickrey also had in mind; documentation of all the actions, and <br />regulations underlying those actions, before and during public hearings. <br />City staff is to work ,on one. <br />George MaXks will be the representative to the October 26th City Council <br />meeting. <br />Motion Cowan, seconded by Hiebel to adjourn. <br />Motion carried, meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M. <br />Jim Fornell <br />Acting Secretary <br />i <br />
