CITY OF ST. AP'THOHY <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />January 13,1976 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:32 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sauer, Sundland, Miedtke, Stauffer <br />Absent: Haik <br />Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br />Larry 1lickrey, City Attorney <br />Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. <br />I.C. Comstock, City Engineer (arrived at 8 P.M..) <br />The following correction was made to the minutes for the January 6, 1976 Council <br />meeting• <br />Page 1, last paragraph: Identify newspaper as "Hew Rrighton Bulletin" <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer,seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve the <br />minutes of January 6, 1976 as corrected. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilman Haik arrived at 7:35 P.M. <br />The Attorney read the proposed Ordinance 1976-001. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1976-001 <br />AP! ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALE OF IIINE. <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ON -SALE WINE <br />LICENSES: AMENDING CHAPTER 11111 OF THE <br />1973 CODE OF ORDIMAKES BY ADDING SECTION 806 <br />Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to waive further <br />readings and adopt Ordinance 1976-001 with the license fee at $250 and the <br />processing charges at $100. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Mayor Miedtke, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt Resolution <br />76-olo designating 1.1m. Sauer as Director and Jerry Dulgar as Alternate to the <br />Suburban Rate Authority. <br />. RESOLUT'l-ON-76-010 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AP'D <br />ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE <br />AUTHORITY <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The car shelter which had been erected at 2545 29th Avenue N.E. was determined <br />to not meet the requirements of the City ordinances and was felt could prove to <br />be a public nuisance since it had already been damaged by recent high winds. <br />
