Pg. 4 <br />to secure the payment of MSA funds which had been promised for semaphores recently <br />installed in the City and told of the measures he was taking to correct the <br />problem. <br />Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve payment of <br />$217.99 and $312.00 to Comstock & Davis for engineering services. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve payment of <br />$750.00 to the League of Minnesota Municipalities for labor relations subscriber <br />service. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve p6 ent of <br />$15,824.85 to the State of Minnesota Highways for partial payment for Lhe <br />semaphores installed at the intersection of St. Anthony Boulevard and Kenzie <br />Terrace. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve payment <br />of $690 to Constructive Design for final payment on architectural/engineering <br />services provided for the remodelling of the new civic center. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Mayor Miedtke, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve payment of <br />$5,988.88 to the Layne Minnesota Company for routine maintenance work on Well #5• <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Miedtke announced that there would be an Open House held at the new city <br />offices from 6 to 8 P.M. preceding the regular Council meeting April 27, 1976. <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve payment of <br />all verified claims listed in the April 13, 1975 agenda. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Dulgar replied to the query regarding the decline in sales by the municipal <br />liquor store by saying neighboring communities were experiencing an even greater <br />slue in sales.
