ANTHONY <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />June 8, 1976 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:37 P.M. by Payor Miedtke. <br />Present for roll call: Sundland, Miedtke, Sauer. <br />Absent: Haik and Stauffer <br />Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br />Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. <br />The following corrections were made to the minutes of the May 25, <br />1976 Council meeting: <br />Page 2, para. 2: Substitute "storage tank emptied" for <br />"storage tanks filled once a week". <br />Page 3, para. 6: Add "gas station: to the uses to be pro- <br />hibited by the restrictive covenant. <br />Page 4, para. 1: The motion setting the Public Hearing on <br />the 29th Improvement Project was carried unanimously. <br />Page 4, para. 5: Substitute for the last 3 sentences <br />"but.... the existing height of 7 ft. 6 inches above grade <br />may be increased 18 inches to accomodate the leaf on the <br />logo unless the symbol can b e placed on the side rather <br />than on top". <br />Page 6, para. 1: The phrase "at a cost of $8,600.00" refers <br />to the cost of replacing the sewer line from Rozelle to <br />Coolidge rather than the line from Coolidge to Stinson. <br />Councilman Stauffer arrived at 7:40 P.M. <br />Plotion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br />approve the minutes of the Play 26, 1976 Council meeting as correct- <br />ed. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br />approve the Board of Review minutes of June 1, 1976. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br />table action on Ordinance 1976-005 until the final document is <br />delivered by the City Attorney who is waiting for the applicant <br />to deliver him some required documents. <br />ORDINANCE 1976-005 <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING PLAT 63507, PARCEL <br />7620 TO COPlMERCIAL <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
