Pg. 5
which the date for a Public Hearing on the Hedlund application for
a PUD might be set. It was felt that most of the editing changes
suggested by the City Attorney could probably be incorporated into the
ordinance before its final hearing and any further revisions added in
time to have the approved ordinance published before the hearing is
held. The only major changes anticipated were those dealing with the
height requirements for multi dwelling structures and the density of
commercial and residential for Planned Unit Developments.
Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to hold a
Special Council meeting at 7:30 P.M. Monday, August 2, 1976 at which
a new zoning ordinance might be adopted and a Public Hearing set on
the Hedlund application.
Motion carried unanimously.
The Council then considered the ordinance relating to the construction,
maintenance and repair of commercial parking lots which had been pre-
pared by the City Attorney and Mr. Dulgar said, in the interest of
conserving time in the preparation of the final zoning ordinance, he
did not feel it should be added to that document at this time suggesting
it could be added at a later date. Councilman Sundland gave a copy of
the ordinance to Mr. Marks for reference in the Board's study of the
City's shopping area.
Mr. Vickrey then explained what was involved in the Wagstrom billing
which had been questioned at the last Council meeting. He also reported
on progress in the Davidson litigation.
Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adjourn
the meeting at 8:50 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
ATTEST:
Clerk
