Pg. 5 <br />which the date for a Public Hearing on the Hedlund application for <br />a PUD might be set. It was felt that most of the editing changes <br />suggested by the City Attorney could probably be incorporated into the <br />ordinance before its final hearing and any further revisions added in <br />time to have the approved ordinance published before the hearing is <br />held. The only major changes anticipated were those dealing with the <br />height requirements for multi dwelling structures and the density of <br />commercial and residential for Planned Unit Developments. <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to hold a <br />Special Council meeting at 7:30 P.M. Monday, August 2, 1976 at which <br />a new zoning ordinance might be adopted and a Public Hearing set on <br />the Hedlund application. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Council then considered the ordinance relating to the construction, <br />maintenance and repair of commercial parking lots which had been pre- <br />pared by the City Attorney and Mr. Dulgar said, in the interest of <br />conserving time in the preparation of the final zoning ordinance, he <br />did not feel it should be added to that document at this time suggesting <br />it could be added at a later date. Councilman Sundland gave a copy of <br />the ordinance to Mr. Marks for reference in the Board's study of the <br />City's shopping area. <br />Mr. Vickrey then explained what was involved in the Wagstrom billing <br />which had been questioned at the last Council meeting. He also reported <br />on progress in the Davidson litigation. <br />Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adjourn <br />the meeting at 8:50 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk <br />
