He indicated the <br />only use proposed in the P.U.D. that he didn't particularly care <br />for was the Country Kitchen Restaurant. <br />Councilman Haik felt that the proposal was not particularly unique <br />and did not seem to fit the intent of the P.U.D. section of the <br />zoning ordinance in trying to foster creative land use. <br />Councilman Stauffer felt that some of the uses proposed in the P.U.D. <br />were acceptable to her and felt that some compromise was probably in <br />order. <br />Councilman Haik left the meeting at 9:35 P.M. <br />After discussion on the merits of Mr. Hedlunds P.U.D. proposal and <br />request for a public hearing, the following motion was made: <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to <br />direct the Planning Board to hold a public hearing on the proposed <br />Hedlund P.U.D on August 31st. <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br />adjourn. <br />Motion carried.
