Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Haik to approve <br />payment of $405.97 to Comstock & Davis for service rendered as City <br />Engineer from July 12th thru Spetember 25th, 1976. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Sundland to table <br />action on the paument of $3,902,90 to Comstock & Davis for engineering <br />services on Street Improvement Project 1976-1 from August 30th thru <br />September 17th, 1976 for calarification of several items in the state- <br />ment of account. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. James Wiehoff, 3508 Coolidge N.E. was present and said he and two <br />other residents who had not yet arrived wished to question the City <br />Manager further about information regarding the City's operation he had <br />gotten from the City staff following his previous appearance before the <br />Council. Since he also wished to address the Council on several points, <br />a meeting was set up prior to the Council meeting October 26th at 7:00 <br />P.M. <br />Before adjournment, the Council members were presented with a "typical <br />scheduling of the Police Department personnel" which had been sub- <br />mitted by Deputy Chief Don Hickerson, and which was explained by the <br />Mayor. <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Sundland to adjourn <br />the meeting at 8:25 P.M. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />ATTEST: i <br />Clerk <br />aLrz�tz // AGSolellz <br />Ma or <br />
