CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />November 9, 1976 <br />The meeting was called to order by P7ayor Pliedtke at 7:31 P.M. <br />Present for roll call: Sauer, Stauffer and rliedtke <br />Absent: Haik and Sundland <br />Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br />Larry Vickrey, City Attorney <br />Jim Fornell, Administrative Assistant <br />Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to <br />approve the minutes for the October 26, 1976 Council meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Mayor added two items to the agenda: the Golden Feir's request <br />that the City purchase a bus for them and a heating license. <br />Councilman Haik arrived at 7:33 P.M. <br />Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br />adopt Resolution 76-050. <br />RESOLUTION 76 - 050 <br />A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1976 BUDGET <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Haik to <br />authorize $1,200 for the 1977 version of the League of Women Voters <br />"Know Your Community" booklet with funding from the 1976 Council <br />Contingency Fund. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Councilman Haik and seconded by Councilman Sauer to direct <br />the Manager to indicate to the Kiwanis Club the Council's willing- <br />ness to have an announcement board for information regarding public <br />events to be erected near the Civic Center and to work with the <br />participating organizations on the details with the final plans for <br />the sign to be presented for City approval. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
