City Council Regular Meeting Minutes January 13, 2015 Page 2 B. Swearing in of St. Anthony Village Police Officer Andrew Kukowski. Police Chief Ohl thanked Mayor Faust and the City Council for their recent letter in response to what he and many others describe as unfair treatment in the news media related to the police profession. He then introduced Police Officer Andrew Kukowski and stated Officer Kukowski was raised in St. Anthony, graduated from St. Anthony Village High School, served as a Police Reserve, and was hired in 2011 as a full-time CSO. He welcomed Officer Kukowski's parents, siblings, wife, and many friends in attendance this evening. 10 11 Mayor Faust administered the oath of office to Police Officer Andrew Kukowski and 12 congratulated him on becoming a St. Anthony Police Officer. 13 14 III.
