2. The lot combinations is consistent with section §151.08 of the City Code; <br />3. Granting the lot combination will not alter the essential character of the locality. <br />The property located at 3055 Old Highway 8 currently visually appears to be one <br />(1) combined lot. This will not change with the proposed lot combination; <br />4. Compliance with the platting requirements of Chapter § 151 of the City Code <br />would create an unnecessary hardship or expense; and <br />5. Failure to require the filing of a plat does not interfere with the purposes of <br />Section §151 of the City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council's <br />approval of the lot combination is contingent on the following: <br />The Applicant/Property Owner shall submit proof to the City within 180 <br />days of the signed Development Agreement that the Applicant/Property <br />Owner has combined the Property into a single lot. <br />Adopted this 10`h day of February, 2015. y <br />Jeromc O.
