ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />AUGUST 26 , 2014 <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Alleg iance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: <br />Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />Guests: <br />Mayor Faust ; Councilmembers Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />Councilmember Gray. <br />City Manager Mark Casey, F inance Director Shelly Rueckert, and City Engineer <br />Todd Hubmer (WSB & Associates). <br />Carissa Shively Slotterback (H umphrey School of Public Affairs, University of <br />Minnesota), Jan Fillmore (St. Anthony C hamber of Commerce), Bob Laney <br />(Superintendent, St. Anthony-New Brighton School Di strict #2 82), and Wendy <br />Webster (Director of Community Services and Communications). <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 26, 2014, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Mayor Faust requested the removal of agenda item VI.D. (Resolution 14-057; a resolution for the <br />20 15 Street and U tility Project Receiving Feasibility Report, Order Plans and Specifications). <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the Ci ty <br />Council Meeting Agenda of August 26, 2014 , as a mended . <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS -NONE. <br />III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A . Consider August 12, 2014, Council meeting minutes and August 18, 20 14 , Special <br />Council meeting minutes: <br />B .
