Resolution 14-065; a Resolution Authorizing a Joint Powers Agreement between the City <br />of Minneapolis and the City of St. Anthony Village. Mark Casey, City Manager, <br />presenting. <br />City Manager Casey explained that the Joint Powers Agreement formalizes an existing <br />agreement with Minneapolis for billing for utility services on 32 parcels that border the City, <br />adding that the agreement allows Minneapolis to certify any delinquent billing amounts . <br />Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Stille , to adopt Resolution 14- <br />065 ; a Resolution Authorizing a Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Minneapolis and <br />the City of St. Anthony. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />C. Resolution 14-066; a Resolution to Support the St. Anthony-New Brighton School <br />District 282 Referendum for the Replacement of the Current Operating Levy and a <br />Curriculum and Technology Capital Project Levy. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson , to adopt Resolution 14- <br />066; a Resolution to Support the St. Anthony-New Brighton School District 282 Referendum for <br />the Replacement of the Current Operating Levy and a Curriculum and Technology Capital <br />Project Levy. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />3
