<br />Capital Assets. The City of St. Anthony, Minnesota's investment in capital assets for its
<br />governmental and business -type activities as of December 31, 2013 amounts to $44,966,757 (net
<br />of accumulated depreciation). This investment in capital assets includes land, buildings and
<br />structures, improvements, machinery and equipment, park facilities, roads and infrastructure.
<br />The total decrease in the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota's investment in capital assets for the
<br />current fiscal year is .75%.

<br />Long-term debt. At the end of the current fiscal year, the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota had
<br />total debt outstanding of $34,560,000. Of this amount, $24,280,000 comprises debt backed by
<br />the full faith and credit of the City, $1,735,000 is backed by tax increments, $8,545,000 is
<br />backed by revenues sources from the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota's enterprise funds. The
<br />remainder of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota's debt represents the liability for compensated
<br />absences.
