However, the day-tb-day <br />major contact would be either Mr. Lemley or Mr. Hartman. We believe this <br />gives you a greater flexibility and efficiency of communication. The <br />percentage of time expectea to be spent on the project on the average is <br />somewhat difficult to assume and is obviously directly related to a number <br />of variables some of which may not be with our control such as the timely <br />approval of the project as a tax increment district.
