INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />5 Commissioner Faust questioned the closing of Taco Bell and as to when that took place. City <br />6 Manager Mornson indicated that the development gave them a thirty -day notice that they needed <br />7 to be out by August I, 2004. He added that a different restaurant will be proposed in September <br />8 2004, or October 2004. <br />9 <br />10 VIII.
