INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />4 Mr. Terry Kingston was introduced to the Council as a consultant to Hillcrest Development in <br />5 order to provide an estimate and explanation of the residual value of the property located at <br />6 Apache Plaza. He remarked that Hillcrest Development's interest in the Apache Plaza could <br />7 create a valuable property. Although there are issues left to be resolved, he believed that there <br />8 would be investors that would come into the community and the property would prove itself to <br />9 be a valuable property and would demonstrate long-term viability. <br />10 Cavanaugh thanked Mr. Kingston for his input. <br />11 IX.
