CALL TO ORDER. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:08 p.m. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners present: Chair Ranallo, Commissioners Marks, Faust, Thuesen and <br />8 Cavanaugh. <br />9 Commissioners absent: None. <br />10 Also present: Executive Director Mike Momson. <br />11 111. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 14, 1999 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the September 14, 1999 H.R.A. Meeting Agenda <br />13 as presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 10, 1999 H.R.A. MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the August 10, 1999 H.R.A. Minutes as <br />41 presented. <br />18 Voting on the motion: Cavanaugh, Marks, Faust and Thuesen voted aye. Ranallo abstained due <br />19 to absence at the August 10, 1999 meeting. <br />20 The motion carried. <br />21 V. CLAIMS. <br />22 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve Claims A-E below: <br />23 A. Salvation Army: <br />24 1. The Appraisal Bureau in the amount of $4,000.00 pursuant to invoice dated <br />25 August 30, 1999 regarding Primary Research and Analysis to Estimate Value <br />26 Range. <br />27 B. Agent Fees: <br />28 1. Firstar Bank in the amount of $168.38 for billing period February 1, 1999 through <br />29 July 31, 1999 regarding 94A Tax Inc. Refunding Bonds. <br />30 2. Firstar Bank in the amount of $193.38 for billing period August 1, 1998 through <br />31 July 31, 1999 regarding 95B Tax Inc. Bonds. <br />32 C. 2542 Kenzie Terrace: <br />33 1. Hennepin County in the amount of $505.48 regarding the second half of property <br />34 taxes due for 2542 Kenzie Terrace. <br />2. Minne ag sco in the amount of $7.84 pursuant to invoice dated August 16, 1999 <br />46 regarding 2542 Kenzie Terrace NE. <br />
