Land Recycline Service, Inc. in the amount of $11,250.00 pursuant to invoice <br />2 dated August 10, 1999 regarding demolition of 2542 Kenzie Terrace, <br />3 D. Tires Plus: <br />4 1. Ramsey County in the amount of $7,663.83 regarding the second -half of property <br />5 taxes for the property known as Tires Plus. <br />6 E. St. Anthony Shopping Center: <br />7 1. RLK Kuusisto, Ltd. in the amount of $2,397.55 for the invoice period of July <br />8 1999 regarding professional services rendered in connection with St. Anthony <br />9 Shopping Center. <br />10 Motion carried unanimously, <br />I I VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />12 Executive Director Mike Momson stated that he is currently in negotiations for the last property <br />13 at Kenzie Terrace and is anticipating an answer by the owner by the October 5, 1999 Council <br />14 Work Session. This would be a successful conclusion to the purchase of five homes of which the <br />15 City has remarkably accomplished in a three-year period as opposed to the originally anticipated <br />16 five-year period. <br />VII.
