Marks stated that the person responsible for these positive changes was Councilmember <br />3 Jerry Faust. Marks expressed sincere thanks for Faust's contributions to the City Council and to <br />4 the Planning Commission prior to that, as well as for the opportunity to have worked with him. <br />5 IX.
