Resolution 15-082 a Resolution Approving Summary Publication of Ordinance 2016-06 2 <br />CenturyLink Franchise Agreement. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Mayor Faust reviewed the summary publication of Ordinance 2015-06 CenturyLink Franchise 5 <br />Agreement. Minnesota Statute 412.191 (4) allows for summary publications in cases where the 6 <br />ordinance publications are lengthy, or ordinances include charts or maps. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Motion by Councilmember Brever, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution 9 <br />15-082; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance 2016-06. 10 <br /> 11 <br />J. Ordinance 2015-07 an Ordinance Setting Sewer, Water and Storm Water Charges for 12 <br />2016. 13 <br /> 14 <br />City Manager Mark Casey stated this is the third and final reading of an ordinance to approve the 15 <br />2016 sewer, water and storm water charges. The first reading was at the November 10, 2015 St. 16 <br />Anthony City Council meeting, the second reading was at the November 24, 2015 at the St. 17 <br />Anthony City Council meeting. Following the adoption of the ordinance, the ordinance will be 18 <br />published in the St. Anthony Bulletin, which is the official newspaper for the City of St. 19 <br />Anthony. The ordinance will become effective January 1, 2016. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve third and 22 <br />final reading of Ordinance 2015-07; and Ordinance Amending Sections 33.018 sewer charges to 23 <br />owners; 33.036 water charges to owners and 33.090 charges for storm water facilities for St. 24 <br />Anthony Village effective January 1, 2016. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion carried unanimously 27 <br /> 28 <br />VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Councilmember Gray stated he attended the work session November 30 and candidates were 31 <br />interviewed for the Parks and Planning Commissions. Councilmember Gray also attended the 32 <br />Strategic Planning Committee meeting for the North Suburban Communications Commission 33 <br />where the survey results were discussed. Another meeting will be held in January. He attended 34 <br />the regular meeting of the North Suburban Communications Commission and Access 35 <br />Corporation where budgets were approved for 2016. There is no increase to the fees the City will 36 <br />be paying next year. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Councilmember Brever stated she attended November 30 work session. She also attended the 39 <br />Parks Commission meeting where a GreenCorp presentation on Tree City was made and Todd 40 <br />Hubmer updated the Commissioners on the Highway Safety Improvement Project. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Councilmember Jenson stated he attended the November 30th work session. 43 <br /> 44 <br />16
