The following comments are made in the order in <br /> which they were raised in your August 11, 1987 letter to me: <br /> 1. My client is willing to sign a personal guaranty and. I <br /> believe he will also provide a , letter of credit. I believe it <br /> would be appropriate for you to draft whatever personal guaranty <br /> your client wishes in this regard so that - .it is in - form <br /> acceptable to your client. <br /> 2. The description of the lease premises has been changed <br /> as suggested in your letter. I assume that you have Exhibit A <br /> and that it will be attached to the Lease prior to execution. <br /> 3. - The language which you - suggested for "operation of <br /> restaurant and storage inventory" has been inserted in the Lease. <br /> 4. - The language suggested - in your number four has been <br /> added to the Lease and I -have also added one, additional sentence. <br /> regarding :the earliest .date that the sixty (60) days period may <br /> commence. <br /> 5. The language suggested in� your number five has. been <br /> added- at the end of Section 2 of the Lease. <br /> 6. Section 3 has been revised as requested. Once again I <br /> assume that you - will . attach Exhibit ..B to the 'Lease prior to its <br /> execution. <br />
