The words "or by negligence of Lessor" have been <br /> deleted from Section 8. <br /> 11. The. language requested has been added to Section 9. <br /> 12. My client cannot agree to the language which you have <br /> requested in your number twelve. If there is a taking within the <br /> term of the Lease my client. would want to make a claim for the <br /> loss of the business and your requested addition of language • <br /> would appear to preclude that. <br /> 13. The time periods have been changed to 180 days. <br /> 14. Section 15 has not been revised as requested. I <br /> attempted to obtain information from the County as to my clients <br /> exposure with reference to payments in lieu of real estate taxes. <br /> I was unable to obtain this information and therefore at this <br /> time we cannot agree to this provision.. My client may be willing <br /> to agree to this provision if we are provided with information as <br /> to our exposure in this regard. <br /> 15. The requested language has been -added in -section 17. <br /> 16. The language has been added at the beginning of Section <br /> 20. My client is willing to pay casualty insurance .based on the <br /> square footage which he is renting in proportion to. the square, <br /> footage of the entire building. A computation as to this <br /> percentage must be agreed upon by the parties to the Lease. <br /> 17. The liability insurance coverage has been changed as <br /> requested. <br /> 18. This language has been added in Section 20. <br /> 19. Section 21 has been revised as requested. • <br /> 20. Section 24 has been redrafted to include specific - <br /> language relative to Lessee°s obligation with respect to the <br /> equipment which is now described in Exhibit C since we already <br /> have an Exhibit A and B. <br />
