First, the parking lot and <br /> the experience with the parking lot and second, the status of the <br /> efforts of Meta in connection with the gasoline product which <br /> apparently had leaked from the underground storage tanks located <br /> on that property once used as- a gasoline and service station. <br /> 1. Parking Lot. The parking lot and the PCA clean up effort are <br /> intertwined. Until this week Meta was unsure of the precise <br /> location of the monitoring wells which Meta anticipated to be <br /> located on the property. One of the wells very probably needed <br /> to be located within the parking lot area. Because of the <br /> uncertainty and because of the time constraints imposed upon <br /> Meta by the unforseen delays in the testing and location of <br /> the monitoring wells, Meta was unable to construct the parking <br /> lot. <br /> Meta is now ready to begin improvement and completion of the <br /> construction of the parking lot the week of October 22, 1989. <br /> It is intended that the construction materials still be the <br /> gravel materials discussed at the previous Council meeting, <br /> pursuant to the plan approved at the last Council meeting. <br /> Attbruys abo admitted in WiccorLcin,'Illinnit 3Norrh Dakota,'lowq 5South Dakota,cNcbraskn and 74ri:ona <br />
