After approval by the City Council, the PUD zoning ordinance map <br /> amendment shall be published, with reference made to the PUD agreement text. <br /> The applicant shall be responsible for recording the ordinance and PUD <br /> agreement with the Hennepin or Ramsey County Recorder's Office prior to <br /> issuance of any building permit or within sixty(60) days, whichever is less. The <br /> official PUD ordinance and agreement shall also be filed in the City Manager's <br /> office. <br /> (b) Applications: Ten (10) copies of the following exhibits, analyses and plans shall be <br /> submitted to the City(General Concept Plan): <br /> (1) Preliminary plat and information required by Chapter 15 of this Code. <br /> (2) General Information: <br /> (A)The landowner's name and address and the landowner's interest in the subject <br /> property. <br /> (B)The applicant's name and address if different from the landowner. <br /> (C)The names and addresses of all professional consultants who have contributed <br /> • to the development of the PUD plan being submitted, including attorney, land <br /> planner, engineer and surveyor. <br /> (D)Evidence that the applicant has sufficient control over the subject property to <br /> effectuate the proposed PUD, including a statement of all legal, beneficial, <br /> tenancy and contractual interests held in or affecting the subject property and <br /> including an up-to-date certified abstract of title or registered property report <br /> and such other evidence as the City Attorney may require to show the status of <br /> title or control of the subject property. <br /> (3) Present Status: <br /> (A)The address and legal description of the property. <br /> (B)The existing zoning classification and present use of the subject property and <br /> all lands within one thousand feet (1,000') of the property. <br /> (C)A map depicting the existing development of the property and all land within <br /> one thousand feet (1,000')thereof and indicating the location of existing <br /> streets,property lines, easements, water mains and storm and sanitary sewers, <br /> with invert elevations on and within one hundred feet(1007) of the property. <br /> (D)A written statement generally describing the proposed PUD and the market <br /> twhich it is intended to serve and its demand showing its relationship to the <br />
