Courses based on <br /> any other credit system shall be converted to. the quarter <br /> i - credit --system-by---the Manage•r•.- :- Courses-, that would--be- <br /> certified and , accredited by the University of Minnesota shall <br /> be acceptable if approved by the City Manager. <br /> - 13 . 7 The College Incentive compensation, in addition to base salary, <br /> shall be paid at the rate of $ . 40 per approved quarter credit <br /> per month, up to a maximum of 135 quarter credits .
