CITY OF ST. ANTHONY Section 350:05 Fire Prevention Code. ORDINANCE 1984- 004 Subd. 1. Adoption. The MUFC, except as hereinafter modified or changed, is adopted as the City's Fire AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO FIRE PREVENTION; AMENDING Prevention Code. SECTION 350 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES. Subd. 2. Copies on File. Copies of the MUFC are on file The City Council of the City of St. Anthony Ordains: with the Bureau and are available for public inspection. Section 1. Section 350 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances Section 350:10 Bureau of Fire Prevention. is amended to read in full as follows: Subd. 1. Enforcement. The Code shall be enforced by the Section 350:00 Definitions. Section 350:15 Fire Marshal. Subd. 2 "Code" means the Fire Prevention Code of the City of St. Anthony which shall include the MUFC and any Subd. 1. Office of Fire Marshal. There is hereby amendments and modifications contained in this ordinance, established as part of the Fire Department, the "Office of Fire Marshal", which shall be operated under the Subd. 3 "Bureau" means the St. Anthony Bureau of Fire supervision of the Fire Chief. Prevention. Subd. 2. Members. The Fire Chief shall designate one of Subd. 4 "Municipality" and "jurisdiction" mean the City of the City's ire fighters as Fire Marshal.
