Subd. 2. Routes for Vehicles Transporting Explosives. The release is obtained from the Police Department and all <br /> routes referred to in the MUFC for vehicles transporting towing and storing charges have been paid. <br /> explosives and blasting agents, are hereby established as <br /> follows: Section 350:35. Christmas Decorations. <br /> i <br /> (a) State Highway No. 88 Subd. 1. Policy. The Council has determined that certain <br /> Christmas displays and decorations may present potential <br /> (b) County Road C, east of State Highway No. 88 fire hazards. When such displays and decorations are used <br /> in buildings where the public might reasonably be expected <br /> (c) Anthony Lane. to gather or where groups of people customarily live, the <br /> consequences of a fire are compounded. It is the purpose <br /> Subd. 3. Routes for Vehicles Transporting Hazardous of this section to reduce the potential risks of fire in <br /> Chemicals. Motor vehicle routes for vehicles transporting such cases. <br /> hazardous chemicals or dangerous articles, as described in <br /> the MUFC, are hereby established as follows: Subd. 2. Locations Affected. This section shall apply to <br /> every hospital, rest home, institution, school, church, <br /> (a) State Highway No. 88 hotel, motel, club room, store, and every place of public <br /> assembly or place of business to which the public is <br /> (b) County Road C, east of State Highway No. 88 invited. The provisions of this section shall also apply <br /> to any common area of apartment buildings, townhouse <br /> (c) Anthony Lane. buildings, condominium units, and all multiple dwellings. <br /> Section 350:25 Fire Lanes. Subd. 3. Prohibitions. <br /> Subd. 1. Orders Establishing. The Fire Marshal may order (a) No Christmas tree or Christmas decoration shall <br /> the establishment of fire lanes on public or private be installed or used in the locations set forth <br /> property as may be necessary for travel of fire equipment in subdivision 2 of this section unless it is <br /> and access to fire hydrants or buildings.
