ORGANIZATION <br /> The Anoka County Board of Commissioners and the Blaine <br /> City Council approved the formation of the Minnesota Olympic <br /> Facility Study Team <br /> The County Board authorized an expenditure of $20,000 and <br /> the Blaine City Council authorized and expenditure of $40, 000 <br /> for the initial funding in order to get the project started. <br /> The Minnesota Olympic Facility Study Team consists of <br /> State Senators, State Representatives; County Commissioners, <br /> Mayors, Met Council representative, and others. <br /> B.
