11. That CITY/'TOWN shall pay a fixed veterinary bill in the amount <br /> of $25. 00 per animal for unclaimed animals requiring medical <br /> attention. Owners claiming their animals shall be charged the <br /> • veterinary bill in its entirety. <br /> 12. The charge for animals picked up at the request of an owner <br /> shall be charged to such owner at the rate of $25. 00 per animal. <br /> 13. That CITY/TOWN shall .make all payments provided herein promptly <br /> upon receipt of monthly statements from LAKE . <br /> 14.
