That LAKE shall assume all liability for all harm to <br /> persons, animals and property due to its negligence <br /> or the negligence of its employees or agents arising <br /> from the performance of this contract and agrees to <br /> • defend any legal actions arising therefrom. LAKE <br /> shall hold CITY/TOWN harmless and provide CITY/TOWN <br /> with proof of public liability coverage, in the <br /> amount of at least $200, 000 per each claimant and <br /> $600, 000 for each occurrence, covering the <br /> performance of this contract. Further, LAKE will <br /> -furnish CITY/TOWN a certificate of insurance <br /> evidencing statutory Workers' Compensation coverage <br /> for all LAKE employees. <br /> 8 . That during the duration of this contract- LAKE shall <br /> not, within the State of Minnesota, discriminate <br /> against any employee or applicant for employment <br /> because of race, color, creed, national origin, or <br /> ancestry and shall include a similar provision in <br /> all subcontracts entered into for the performance <br /> hereof, this paragraph being to comply with the <br /> provisions of 'Minnesota Statute Section 181. 59. <br /> 9. That LAKE shall keep accurate and detailed records <br /> of the impounding and disposition of all animals <br /> picked up in CITY/TOWN and furnish monthly reports <br /> to CITY/TOWN as to the services performed during the <br /> month. <br /> • AND CITY/TOWN, in consideration of said covenants and agreements of <br /> LAKE hereinbefore contained, hereby covenants with LAKE that CITY/TOWN <br /> will obtain Animal Control Service from LAKE pursuant to the following <br /> provisions: <br /> 10.
