Fire station doors and new floor for gymnasium; <br /> 3. Hose dryer; <br /> 4 . Heating/boiler improvements. <br /> We are awaiting estimates for: <br /> 1. Minor remodeling for fire department - offices, meeting rooms, <br /> kitchen, dormitory and bathroom facilities; <br /> 2. Electrical and plumbing. <br /> I am also preparing numbers relating to rental income and expense for the <br /> approximately 10,000 to 15, 000 square feet of space the City will have <br /> available to lease out, if we acquire the building. <br /> Also attached for your information, is a summary of the appraisal of the <br /> building as received by the school district.
