Anthony , MN 55418 <br /> Dear Sir : <br /> The Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) is <br /> establishing a new program called Community Leaders Meetings. <br /> The purpose of these meetings is to inform community leaders and <br /> interested parties about the TCAAP Environmental Remedial Action <br /> Program. <br /> • The meetings will be geared towards open, honest exchange of <br /> information and concerns with regards to the TCAAP Environmental <br /> Program. In order to assure' that you, the community leaders , are <br /> r kept up- to-date on TCAAP Environmental Remedial Action <br /> activities , we will be holding the meetings on a quarterly basis . <br /> I would like to invite you to attend our very first <br /> 5 Community Leaders Meeting on Tuesday , August 18 , 1987. The <br /> meeting will start at 10 : 00 A. M. - and last about two hours (see <br /> attached agenda) .
